WOOSH KIDS CLUB
Our WOOSH Program is located in a purpose built facility within the school grounds and is staffed by caring professional Outside School Hours Care educators with a wealth of experience. The Educator in charge of WOOSH is Emily Muller, who facilitates a welcoming, structured and safe environment for children. The service provides Before and After School Care as well as a Vacation Care Program.

Bookings via Owna app is preferred.

OWNA Childcare Management System
Woosh now uses the OWNA management system. Owna comes with a very comprehensive Parent Portal App that is extremely easy to use, personal and secure for each family. Support and guidance on the new system will be available to all families.
Enrolments
We welcome families to complete and submit an enrolment form to be able to make bookings and to avoid disappointment. Please click on the link below to complete and submit an enrolment form for Woosh. Please email if you need any support in completing the enrolment form.

Once your enrolment form has been checked and approved, you will be emailed access to the Parent App. When you first log in to the App, you will be required to complete the Direct Debit Form (DDR Form) and Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) within the App.
Enrolment Form
The enrolment form will ask for your preferences of casual or permanent bookings. If permanent days are selected these will be added to our rolls. If you need to make changes please contact Woosh via email. Families can make casual bookings via the Owna app where spaces are available.
Government assistance is available to most families for either work related or recreational care for your child. Contact Centrelink for more information.
Please ensure you have filled out all your details correctly for your enrolment to be processed.
All bookings and cancellations for Before and After care require 48 hrs notice via the app, phone or email.
After School Care
A great afternoon that includes lots of activities which can include sports, craft, games, music and free play with friends.
- Open from 2:45 pm until 6.00 pm, and is available to all school age children
- Fruit and vegetable platter is offered on arrival and Afternoon Tea snack is served from 4 - 4.15pm.
- Prep and Grade 1 students are walked to the Woosh educators at the Prep playground for sign in.
- Grade 2 – 4 students walk themselves to Woosh building for sign in.
- Grade 5 & 6 meet educators at Family C for sign in.
- All children offered choices of various activities throughout sessions.
Before School Care
Before school starts children can attend Woosh for some early morning games, craft or child led play.
- Open 6.30 am until 8:30 am and is available to all school age children.
- Breakfast is offered until 8am.
- All children offered choices of various activities.
- Prep children will be walked up to their classes.
Vacation Care
Please note we close for 2 weeks during Christmas Holidays. Please contact WOOSH directly for specific opening times.
An exciting program is available during school vacation times, bookings are essential and close 1 week prior to holidays.
