STRAWBFEST RELAUNCH ! Save the Date: Friday 8th September!
Our P&C, school and community has begun planning for 2023 Strawbfest!
A big thank you to all who attended our first two Strawbfest re-launch meetings including P&C executive members, class parent Reps and interested others.
Remember for this event to be successful we need everyone’s input – ‘more hands make less work’!
Strawbfest 2.0 will be a little different to Strawbfest of the past but the elements that we all love will still feature – including food, entertainment and family fun!
The humble strawberry will still feature in many of the stalls’ items and food.
Major Strawbfest Meeting items discussed:
• booking the entertainment, rides and light/fireworks display
• organising sponsorships for the event and donations for the mega raffle
• planning out the stalls, site map and parking
• rebuilding the community partnerships with Lions, Rotary, Rural Fire Brigade, SES and Strawberry Growers Association
• promoting the event through media outlets and merchandising
Strawbfest will be back bigger and better than ever!!!!!!!
