Dear Chevallum State School Community,
Further to recent communication regarding important changes to the school bus schedule, confirming we now have two additional buses – Bus 5791 and Bus 5792 – collecting students at an earlier time of 3:00pm.
In light of this change, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. In order to accommodate both buses and ensure they can get in and out of the school grounds in a timely manner, we will need to make some adjustments to the flow of traffic at the front of the school. We have put out cones allowing for the buses to have access and once they have moved on, we will remove the cones allowing traffic to pull up to the school. If you arrive at school early, can you ensure that you do not park inside the cones (see pictures below).
Please be aware that this new arrangement is beyond the school's control, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these changes. We will do our best to minimise any disruptions and ensure the safety and convenience of all students and families.
